Planning & Building Regulations If required Butler & Goddard can recommend an architect to draw up your plans and submit them (on your behalf) to the Local Authority for Planning and / or Building Regulations
We will also book the Building Inspections and deal directly with the Building Inspector during each phase of an extension or new build

Insurance Butler & Goddard are covered by Public Liability Insurance of £1 million
Payment We never ask for any 'up front' payments For example: our payment terms for extensions are usually 4 stage payments of 25% plus Vat - due on completion of each stage
