We will provide you with a fixed price quotation with no hidden extras and we will project manage the whole build at no extra charge. 

We never ask for any 'up front' payments, which gives you complete peace of mind when instructing us for your project. For example; our usual payment terms for extensions are four stage payments of 25% plus VAT; due on completion of each stage.

Butler and Goddard are covered by Public Liability Insurance of £1 million.
