If required, Butler & Goddard can recommend an architect to draw up your plans and submit them (on your behalf) to the Local Authority for Planning and/or Building Regulations.
We will also book the Building Inspections and deal directly with the Building Inspector during each phase of the project, giving you peace of mind throughout.
